Get in Shape TODAY!

Your new body is on its way with Dangerously Fit’s new body challenge. Dan Clay, founder of Dangerously Fit Boot Camp, Sydney’s most established outdoor group personal training program, has introduced the ultimate Body Transformation Challenge. Clay says “Dangerously Fit works because it’s highly targeted. Every 45 minute session offers a high intensity anaerobic workout designed to annihilate fat, build muscle and increase heart fitness – simultaneously.”

Clay guarantees boot campers will drop their extra kilos, fast. “When you join Dangerously Fit, you’ll get an initial health assessment, body measurements, diet plans and all the tools you need to get in shape and lose weight. Fitness fans get the option to join an unlimited number of our 80 fitness classes running in 16 locations six days a week. We’ll look at your food intake and supply a nutrition plan. There’s also a range of quick, fun, high energy 45 minute workouts supplied in-case you can’t make it to class,” says Clay.

Clay has also added a Body Transformation Fat Burning Class each Saturday. A fast track to supercharging your metabolism and turning your body into a fat burning machine the class happens in the mornings (8:30am) at Centennial Park and Mortdale.
The secret to Dangerously Fit’s effective training program Clay says is the Japanese training technique, Tabata. Tabata is a high speed, high intensity activity done in short bursts designed for significant weight loss. Sessions are made up of twenty seconds of intense training followed by 10 seconds of rest – over in four minutes.

Clay’s Optimum Nutrition Plan offered free to all members gets people eating right and feeling healthy. Clay also offers nutritional diaries to members. Clay and his trainers take the time to go though their eating patterns one on one before and after group sessions.
Whether your fitness objective is to lose weight, boost stamina, build muscle, get lean, or improve your state of mind, Dangerously Fit will cover all of the bases with their combined anaerobic (resistance) and aerobic (cardio) work outs.

Dangerously Fit trainers take classes in some of Sydney’s most stunning outdoor locations. People of the east love Dangerously Fit with camps on beautiful beaches of Bondi, Coogee, Maroubra and popular spots, Centennial Park, Queens Park and Rushcutters Bay.

Vogue Bride Loves Taronga Zoo!

The Taronga Centre at Taronga Zoo has been named one of Australia’s top three best wedding locations by Australia Vogue Bride.

The panoramic views of the Harbour from the Taronga Centre and the Zoo’s remarkable wildlife have been bringing couples to Taronga since 1987 to celebrate their marriage at the Zoo with the view.

Many couples celebrate their marriage in the Zoo grounds before returning to the Taronga Centre for a fine dining reception with dress circle views of the Harbour CBD, Opera House and Bridge.

Megan Nugara, the Marketing Executive for the Taronga Centre, said “We’re delighted to be recognised by Australia Vogue Bride for the unique experience we’re able to provide to wedding couples and their guests through a combination of great service, a selection of fine food and the centre’s 180 degrees of wonderful Sydney Harbour views. Some weddings have even been completed to the sounds of wildlife from bird calls to lions’ roars. It’s a gift for wildlife too as the bookings support the Zoo’s efforts in wildlife conservation and education.”

When booking a wedding, the newlyweds have the opportunity to select two spots within the Zoo to have photos with some of the Zoo’s animals. These include the chance to have photos with an Echidna, Powerful Owl, Ring-tail Possums, Tortoises or even a Snake.

To add to the special occasion one popular choice is to incorporate animals into the wedding theme. A number of wedding celebrations name their tables after the animals that are in common with the chosen wedding décor.

The Taronga Centre is a suitable all year round wedding venue and provides a variety of food with packages ranging from classic to premium.
